This apartment, located in Cascais, is a renovated duplex found on the top floor of a classic building in the Guia area.
The T2 + attic apartment was converted into a magnificent duplex, comprising two suites, two bedrooms, living room, lounge, equipped kitchen, bar and laundry. The complete renovation guarantees comfort and convenience of a current construction property. Air conditioning systems, thermal cut-out frames, remote control shutters, new electrical network and telecommunications were installed. The sanitary facilities were completely renovated with high quality materials and equipment, and the balconies that allow you to enjoy a panoramic view were also used.
The architectural project preserved the characteristics of the construction from the 90s, taking risks with a bold interior painting in shades of sky and ocean blue and a contemporary decor with ethnic touches that give it a lot of personality.
